Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Location: On-site in Roseburg, OR
We are seeking a Patient Outreach Representative to support Medicare Advantage members in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. This role handles 60+ inbound and outbound calls per day, helping patients understand their benefits, schedule appointments, connect with healthcare resources, and receive an excellent overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls
- Educate Medicare Advantage members on benefits and care opportunities
- Schedule healthcare appointments and coordinate services
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
- Answer patient questions clearly and professionally
- Meet call center productivity and quality expectations
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling 60+ calls per day
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
