We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate office as an Assistant Property Manager & Marketing Assistant. This role involves supporting day-to-day property management tasks while assisting with marketing efforts to attract and secure tenants for vacant units.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing tenant relations, inquiries, and communications
- Coordinate property showings and follow up with prospective tenants
- Support the lease application and move-in process
- Maintain organized records of leases, tenant information, and property documentation
- Create and manage rental listings across multiple platforms
- Assist with marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising, to promote available units
- Provide general office support and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and online listing sites
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or marketing is preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant who will also support marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants for our rental properties. This role combines administrative support with creative marketing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable working both behind the scenes and directly with prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants and prospects
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Schedule property showings and coordinate appointments
- Assist with lease documentation and tenant applications
- Track rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Marketing & Tenant Attraction:
- Create and post rental listings on platforms such as Crexi, social media, etc.
- Take and upload property photos and videos (or coordinate with photographers)
- Manage and update social media accounts and property listings
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and schedule tours
- Develop marketing materials (flyers, email campaigns, promotions)
- Research local rental market trends and pricing strategies
- Assist with branding and online presence improvements
