Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our Derry clinic and provide clinic-based ABA therapy. This is a Monday through Friday position offering approximately 35–40 hours per week.
Start Date: Week of August 24, 2026
The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
This position includes a mandatory 40-hour paid training for individuals who are not certified RBTs or do not have prior ABA therapy experience.
This role involves working closely with clients, families, and the clinical team while maintaining high standards of client care and accurate clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans based on client needs.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
- Educate and support families regarding behavioral strategies and techniques when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and maintain a supportive environment for clients.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team to support client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, approximately 35–40 hours per week.
