We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our team to success. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory and staffing, and drive sales growth. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver the best experience for every guest while maintaining operational excellence.
<Responsibilities>
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Implement employee orientation programs and ongoing training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor store financials such as budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, and sales management to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that adheres to company standards and safety regulations.

- Strong leadership with proven management and team supervision experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in retail math, sales management, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail sales operations.
- Skilled in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities such as merchandising, marketing, and administrative tasks. - Must have a valid Cosmetology or Barbering License
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
