Position Summary:
CatchAir is seeking energetic and outgoing Party Hosts/coordinators who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Party Hosts/coordinators are responsible for leading birthday parties and group events while ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and lead birthday parties and special events, ensuring a fun and seamless experience
- Actively engage with guests of all ages in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Set up and break down party areas before and after events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party rooms and common areas
- Assist team members with general operations and tasks as needed
- Ensure all guests are following safety rules and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
Qualifications & Skills:
- Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable interacting with guests and leading group activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
Requirements:
- Availability to work 4–8 hour shifts
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
- Ability to lift light to moderate items as needed
