Two Separate Positions | Full-Time or Part-Time | Redmond, WA
Essence of Dentistry and Health Intelligence are at the forefront of modern dentistry, integrated medicine, healthcare technology, and medical billing. We are hiring for two distinct front-office roles.
1. Treatment Plan Coordinator — Essence of Dentistry
Dental Treatment | Insurance | Patient Experience
- Present and coordinate dental treatment plans
- Review insurance benefits and financial options
- Help patients understand treatment and next steps
- Follow up on proposed treatment
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team
- Support dental and medical billing
Dental experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person in dental treatment, insurance, and practice workflows.
2. Schedule Coordinator — Health Intelligence
Customer Service | Scheduling | Healthcare Operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Communicate with patients, providers, and customers
- Support administrative and operational workflows
- Learn and apply dental terminology and workflows
Dental experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is willing to learn.

Pay & Schedule
$22–$35/hour, based on experience and skill
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | Full-time preferred; part-time considered
