JOB DESCRIPTION:
Compensation & Pay:
- Earn 40–45% per job completed — the more you work, the more you make
- Standard residential clean pays $140–$250 per job depending on home size
- Move-in/move-out and deep cleans pay higher
- You keep 100% of any tips

Overview: Prairie Clean Co is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving the Houston area. We handle the bookings, the customers, and the scheduling. You show up, do great work, and get paid. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work.
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (professional or personal — hotel housekeeping, house cleaning, or similar counts)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to reach job sites across Houston
- Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (mop, bucket, vacuum, disinfectants, etc.)
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Reliable and detail-oriented — you show up on time, every time
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes to a high standard (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Deliver thorough, high-quality work on standard cleanings, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out jobs
- Arrive on time and complete jobs to our quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients
