Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and hospitality
- Greet guests immediately
- Enters all food and beverage orders into POS system
- Assists guests in making menu and beverage selections
- Up-sells non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Delivers the check and processes payment promptly
- Anticipate guests needs
- Completes side work duties throughout shift
- Keep your station Neat, Clean, and Organized
- Comfortable working as a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- 18+ age requirements for serving
