Pediatric RN/ LPN Jobs

Invisible Capes Medical Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric client in the home setting. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships with families while providing skilled nursing care in a supportive environment.

Client Overview
Pediatric patient with complex medical needs requiring skilled nursing services, including:
- Cerebral Palsy (CP)
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Spastic Quadriparesis
- Epilepsy/Seizure Disorder (VNS)
- Restrictive Lung Disease
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea
- Airway Clearance Needs
- G-Tube Dependence
- Mobility Limitations
Nursing Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing assessments and monitor patient condition
- Administer medications as ordered
- Monitor and document seizure activity
- Administer rescue medications per physician orders
- Follow seizure precautions and emergency protocols
- Provide G-tube feedings, medication administration, and tube care
- Flush feeding tube before and after medications/feedings
- Monitor feeding tolerance and hydration status
- Perform respiratory treatments as ordered
- Utilize cough assist equipment and suctioning as needed
- Monitor oxygen saturation and respiratory status
- Provide personal care assistance and support with ADLs
- Reposition patient and assist with mobility needs
- Perform skin assessments and pressure injury prevention
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communication with family and care team
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- G-tube experience preferred
- Seizure management experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
