Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing quick reaction and reliable fixes. This role requires the ability to work on various types of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including but not limited to brake repair, alignment, and hydraulic systems.
- Assemble and disassemble components as necessary for repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Lift heavy components as required for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
