Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead <PERSON> to join our team and drive excellence in our construction and restoration projects. As the Lead <PERSON>, you will oversee project execution, coordinate skilled trades, and ensure quality standards are met across diverse job sites. Your expertise in carpentry, construction estimating, and restoration will be vital in delivering top-tier results. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews, including carpentry, framing, drywall, roofing, and finishing trades
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform detailed construction estimating to prepare accurate project budgets and timelines
- Oversee installation of fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, stucco, flooring, tile work, and other finishing elements
- Manage heavy lifting operations and ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations on all job sites
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards in restoration industry projects including mold remediation and water damage restoration
Experience
- Extensive construction site experience with a strong background in carpentry including trim carpentry, woodworking, metal stud framing, and masonry
- Proven leadership experience as a lead or supervisor in the construction or restoration industry
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation, roofing systems, plumbing, electrical work, and remodeling projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to construction materials or CNC fabrication is a plus
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques including mold remediation is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
