Do you enjoy a mix of leadership responsibilities while also being able to care for patients? Our Director of Nursing is responsible for leading the oversight of the delivery of care and overall quality for our local team. You would be responsible for providing direct patient care and conducting supervisory visits as needed. You will work closely with other members of the agency leadership team to ensure we are keeping the BrightStar Care promise – A higher standard of care.
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:-
An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided.

Minimum of one year nursing experience.

Minimum of one year of clinical leadership experience.

Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills

Strong understanding of federal and state home health regulations; experience with Joint Commission a plus.

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray

Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.

Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
