Aloha Paintball & Airsoft – Weekend Referee / Field Crew (Part-Time)

Aloha Paintball & Airsoft is looking for reliable, energetic team members to join our crew! If you enjoy being outdoors, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced, fun environment—this could be a great fit.
We are hiring for a Referee / Field Crew position that plays a key role in creating a safe and exciting experience for our customers.
Position Overview
This role includes refereeing games, assisting players, and helping maintain the field and facility. You’ll be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly while delivering great customer service with aloha.
Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Additional weekday hours may be available
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
Key Responsibilities
- Referee paintball and airsoft games (enforce safety rules, run games, assist players)
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Set up and reset fields between games
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facility
- Assist with rental gear (mask, markers, air systems, etc.)
- Help maintain a safe and organized environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to be active (walking, running, lifting equipment)
- Team player who communicates well with both staff and customers
- No experience required—we will train the right person

- Interest in paintball or airsoft
- Customer service or outdoor work experience
