Join our healthcare team as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care to 200 long-term care patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions .
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards while handling sensitive medical records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification from an accredited program.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
