Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in PCBA, chassis, server system repair and computer hardware repairs
- Hands-on familiarity with using hand tools and other diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components
- Ability to interpret and issue technical reports and schematics accurately to resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to communicate with customer and the team
- English required; Mandarin preferred
- Able to travel occasionally
Duties and Responsibilities
- RMA: verify warranty, provide RMA item initial inspection status to RMA manager
- Repair work: Repair rackmount chassis, server, storage server, PCBA and other related products
- RMA report: provide RMA report for each RMA repaired
- Close RMA: update RMA report in RMA control excel file
- Rework: support rework request from quality team when assigned
- Production: support production team when assigned
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
