Position Summary:

As a One-on-One Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals develop daily living skills, enjoy community activities, and achieve greater independence all while being part of a compassionate, dedicated team. A training incentive is provided upon successful completion of onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Living Support
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals
- Support residents in following medication routines
Teaching & Engagement
- Encourage participation in community, recreational, and physical activities
- Teach essential life skills such as money management and self-care
- Promote responsibility and independence through daily routines
Housekeeping & Home Maintenance
- Support and teach residents to complete household tasks, including:
- Laundry (wash, dry, fold, organize)
- Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens)
- Dishwashing and kitchen upkeep
- Trash and recycling removal
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized living spaces
Communication & Reporting
- Document daily activities and note behavioral or health changes
- Report shopping or household supply needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent care
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid Utah driver’s license preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Saturday-Sunday 8:00M-6:00PM
- Monday-Friday 3:00PM- 8:00PM
- Saturday-Sunday 6:00AM-4:00PM
- Flexible PRN role offering the opportunity to pick up shifts as needed to support scheduling demands, with a minimum requirement of one shift per month.
