As a Key Holder, you will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, energize the team, and deliver an unforgettable luxury shopping experience.

What You’ll DoDrive Sales and Maximize Earnings
Lead from the sales floor by consistently achieving and exceeding your individual sales goals. Motivate the team to reach store targets, key performance indicators, and client-development goals while taking full advantage of the role’s competitive commission and bonus structure.
You will:
- Lead by example and deliver strong personal sales results
- Motivate associates to achieve and exceed individual goals
- Support the achievement of total store sales targets and KPIs
- Communicate daily sales plans, performance results, and opportunities
- Coach the team on effective selling, clienteling, and outreach techniques
Create an Exceptional Client Experience
Bring energy, confidence, and expert product knowledge to every interaction. Build meaningful client relationships and create a personalized shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
You will:
- Deliver elevated, attentive luxury service
- Develop a loyal client book through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Share the history, aesthetic, and lifestyle of the Hervé Léger brand
- Become an expert on product fit, sizing, materials, construction, and trends
- Confidently resolve escalated customer questions or concerns
Inspire and Develop the Team
Help create a positive, high-performing culture where associates feel motivated, recognized, and supported.
You will:
- Coordinate daily sales-floor activities
- Train new associates on brand standards, products, policies, and service
- Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback
- Recognize exceptional performance
- Partner with management to identify and develop internal talent
- Model professionalism, enthusiasm, and accountability
Support Store Operations and Presentation
Help keep the store running smoothly, securely, and beautifully.
You will:
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Count registers, prepare deposits, and secure the store
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, and repair requests accurately
- Maintain elevated merchandising, visual, and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures
- Ensure merchandise is properly presented and in excellent condition
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- 2–3 years of retail sales experience
- A proven record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
- A passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
- The confidence to motivate and coach a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other hours based on business needs
