With less than five rooftop destinations in Seattle, this is a rare opportunity to be a part of a growing food and beverage program in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. What You'll Do:
Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and P&L performance to maximize profitability and service quality.
Employees in this role must be able to:
Frequently sit for extended periods; occasionally stand, walk, reach, handle objects, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs, with occasional heavier lifting as needed. If a task requires lifting beyond the recommended weight limit, employees will receive appropriate assistance, equipment, or team lifting support in compliance with Cal/OSHA safety regulations.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000
