We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inventory & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Twin Falls. This is a multi-faceted role where you will manage incoming inventory for our online sales operations and provide top-tier service to our local and digital customers in a fast-paced environment.
We are a 90-year-old, family-owned business, and we take immense pride in our legacy and our team. We can teach you our inventory systems, but we cannot teach hustle and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Receiving
- Inbound Logistics: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Verification: Verify received items against purchase orders to ensure correct quantities and exact models.
- Stocking & Organization: Record inventory movements in the system and stock items in designated locations with clear labeling.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping activities as needed.
Customer Service & Retail Operations
- In-Store Support: Greet and assist retail customers walking into the store with a welcoming attitude.
- Sales & Background Checks: Guide customers through the firearms purchase process, including accurately processing background checks through the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
- NFA & Class 3 Transfers: Assist customers with ATF Class 3 Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) transfers, ensuring all National Firearms Act (NFA) rules and paperwork are followed precisely.
- Digital Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding product availability and order statuses.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, answering questions or directing calls appropriately.
Requirements
- Experience & Reliability: A strong, proven work history demonstrating longevity and commitment to previous roles.

- Regulatory Compliance: Extreme attention to detail and personal responsibility when completing federal paperwork, processing NICS background checks, and assisting with Class 3 SOT transfers.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate web-based databases (like NICS and ATF eForms). We will train on specific inventory software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads safely during shift hours.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with firearms or NFA items is a huge plus!

- Must be 21 years of age or older (required for handling handguns).
