Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring optimal outcomes through meticulous preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and patient preferences.
- Coordinate inpatient and outpatient services, including discharge planning, post-acute care arrangements, and outpatient clinic follow-ups.
- Manage utilization review processes by evaluating medical necessity and appropriateness of services in compliance with healthcare policies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and hospital standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of RN CVOR experience required
- NY State license
- AHA - BLS,ACLS
