- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently throughout each shift
- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and free of debris by performing routine cleaning tasks
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed
- Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing services to meet event demands
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety standards in all cleaning activities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly
