Gillmann Services is now seeking Mill laborers in Richwood, WV! The position is day shift, long-term.
Duties:
- Mark any defective areas on logs for later removal by trained personnel
- Oversee grading process, remove boards from conveyer belt as they are passed down
- Sort lumber by length and thickness
- Maintain clean and orderly shop environment (sweeping, removing scrap and defective wood from work areas)
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and understand importance of attendance for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Follow verbal instructions and work well both as part of a team and as an individual
- Consent to pre-employment drug screening and background check
