We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNAs or HHAs to join our growing home care team in Miami County. This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable working both day and/or night shifts in a private home setting, providing attentive, high-quality care.
We are looking for individuals who are patient-focused, reliable, and confident working independently while ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
- Valid CNA license or HHA certificate required
- Availability to work day and/or night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
- Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the shift
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with medication reminders when permitted
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and meal preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with families and staff

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
