Sudler Property Management, Chicago's premier community association management company, is seeking an organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator to join the management team at one of Chicago's premier luxury condominium communities.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management. You'll work alongside an experienced management and maintenance team while gaining valuable experience managing a high-end residential community with extensive amenities.
What You'll Do
As the Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and keeping the community running smoothly.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate resident service requests and work orders from initial submission through completion.
- Schedule and communicate with vendors, contractors, and building staff.
- Assist residents with questions regarding building services, amenities, move-ins/outs, and community policies.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, meeting materials, and resident communications.
- Assist the management team with daily administrative functions and special projects.
- Support package management, key control, amenity reservations, and other resident services as needed.
- Help ensure the management office operates efficiently while delivering a first-class resident experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office experience.
- Property management experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
