Position Overview
The Sr. Tax Manager will oversee the tax planning and compliance activities for our clients, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations while optimizing their tax positions. This role will involve managing a team of tax professionals and serving as a key advisor to clients on tax strategies for various business structures.
Key Responsibilities

Lead tax planning and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients including S-Corps, C-Corps, and Partnerships.

Review and prepare complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax regulations.

Provide expertise and guidance on tax implications for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and their investments.

Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide strategic insights to clients.

Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business goals and minimize tax liabilities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification is required.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in public accounting.

Strong knowledge of tax regulations related to S-Corps, C-Corps, and Partnerships.

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and their tax needs is a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
