Property Manager needed to support and manage an RV community in New Braunfels, TX. Hiring immediately.
Hours
Full-time (M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm), On-call, after-hours for emergencies.
Pay
The starting rate of pay for this position is $19 to $23 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced leasing and/or property manager that can manage an RV community in New Braunfels, Texas. Responsibilities include rent collections, leasing, managing short term rentals, and overseeing maintenance and managing projects. This position requires excellent skills in management and motivation of people, the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and vendors.
This is a long-term employment opportunity, perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and possesses excellent communication and supervision skills. Living on-site is not required for this position.
Qualifications
2+ years multi-family Property Manager experience
RV community experience
Strong financial background that includes managing budgets and operating expenses
Strong customer service, interpersonal and supervisory skills, organization and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel; Rent Manager Software experience a plus
Qualified candidates must have a current driver’s license, own reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background and drug screening.
