We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Unit Automotive Manager to lead multiple Auto repair locations with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead and coordinate the operations of multiple automotive repair locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve customer service, and grow market share across all units.
- Supervise dealership managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, motivation, and leadership development.
- Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial performance to ensure each location meets or exceeds financial targets.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding service offerings.
- Manage project timelines for facility upgrades, marketing campaigns, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Promote process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the automotive industry or similar retail environment.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear objectives and execute effectively across multiple locations.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of motivating teams toward achieving business goals.
- Expertise in profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
- Supervising experience that demonstrates effective team development and conflict resolution skills.
- Business development acumen with a focus on expanding market reach through innovative sales strategies.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
