Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Unarmed & Armed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This position requires a strong presence, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, preventing loss, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Duties
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify potential threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering First Aid and CPR when required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Document all incidents accurately in reports for future reference.
- Engage in conflict management to resolve disputes effectively while ensuring safety.
- Participate in ongoing training related to loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid armed security officer license or certification as required by state regulations. CLEET Phase I II & IV
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods of time
- Stamina to perform physically demanding work in various conditions
- No medical or physical conditions that limit your ability to perform duties necessary for Armed or Unarmed Security work

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
