Shift: Mon-Fri 8 AM to 5 PM
Description:
.Develop training processes and procedures for the bakery
.Streamline training process for new hires
.Maintenance and organization of training files
.80% of the time will be spent on the production floorThe role will require learning all positions in the production area of the facility
.Reports directly to Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
.Attention to detail and computer proficiency required
.Strong verbal and written communication skills
.Must be able to perform all production roles, which require: standing, pushing/pulling/lifting up to 50 pounds, stacking boxes up to 7 feet
