Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts supporting engineering, technical, and corporate hiring initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional with experience recruiting for technical and defense-related positions, managing multiple requisitions across various locations, and building strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Intake meetings
- Candidate sourcing
- Screening and qualification
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiation
- Hiring and onboarding support
- Recruit for a wide variety of technical, engineering, and professional positions across multiple locations.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
Talent Acquisition Strategy

Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans and hiring strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify new sourcing channels and networking opportunities to attract high-quality candidates.
- Promote and strengthen the employer brand within professional and technical communities.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Manage hiring manager expectations regarding market conditions, candidate availability, and recruiting timelines.
- Build long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent.
Sourcing & Market Research

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and assessment.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical skill sets.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends and competitive market conditions.
Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company recruiting policies, employment laws, and Department of Defense (DoD) hiring requirements.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or professional positions.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills using multiple recruiting platforms.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining candidate records within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors or government programs.
- Experience recruiting Contract Administrators or other government contract professionals.
- Familiarity with:
- IBM Kenexa BrassRing ATS
- Phenom CRM
- Paradox conversational recruiting platform
- Experience supporting national or multi-site recruiting efforts.
- Knowledge of federal hiring regulations and defense industry recruiting practices.
