First-Year OTE $78k+ (top 1st year performers earn $115k+)
We're growing our canvassing team in Kansas City and Omaha. This is a commission-only role built for someone who wants to take control of their income and isn't afraid to knock doors. If you are looking for your break in sales and an opportunity with training and support you have found the right place!
Pay: You earn $75 for every appointment you set, plus another $75 when that lead closes — $150 total per successful lead. Hit your minimum numbers goals and you're looking at $1200+/week. Top performers pulling 3-4 leads a day can push past $2000+/week.
To help you get rolling, we're putting a $500 guarantee weekly draw against commission in place so you're not starting from zero while you learn the ropes.

Schedule: 30-40 hours a week, knocking doors 10am-1pm and 4pm-7pm when homeowners are actually home. Days off are flexible, typically Monday or Tuesday.
Who we want: Someone who can self-manage their schedule, isn't scared of rejection, and wants to build a career in sales — not just collect a paycheck. Prior door-to-door or canvassing experience is a big plus but not required if you've got the drive.
