Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction is expanding our Wichita team and we're looking for motivated, competitive people who want more than an hourly paycheck.

No previous roofing or sales experience is required.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners throughout the Wichita area who may have storm-related roof damage.
Your responsibilities include:
- Inspect residential and commercial roofs
- Meet with homeowners and explain the insurance restoration process
- Build relationships with customers from inspection through project completion
- Manage your schedule and sales pipeline
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project
This is an in-person position based out of our Wichita office.

Requirements
- Positive, motivated, and coachable attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license (motorcycles are not suitable for this position)
- Comfortable working on low-slope roofs (full safety training provided)
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required

- Occasional evenings and weekends based on customer availability
