Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our Furman Site & our Verdae Site. You must be dependable, self-motivated and organized. You must have a warm and charming personality that comes across over-the-phone, and in-person and you must have a positive attitude. You will be interacting with customers in our upscale reception area. You must have good computer key-boarding skills (typing and scheduling) and you must be happy to work both independently and with direction.
We are a paperless office and your duties include:
-Report to our Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
-Simple computer-based customer scheduling and creating appointments
-Credit card payment processing and posting to our simple, on-line system
-Creating clear and concise messages from customers
-Managing the front desk and any customer walk-ins
-Simple filing of computer records in our system
-Maintain excellent office organization
· Documenting and controlling insurance forms
· Hearing Aid orders & repairs
· Maintaining inventory in our simple computer system
· Maintaining needed clinical supplies
-You will have other tasks that are assigned by our Hearing Instrument Specialist
Needed skills:
-Reliable personal car
-Warm and charming phone personality
-Stable & warm personality
-Able to mostly ignore your personal phone during working hours
-Well organized, with good time management skills, able to mostly ignore personal phone
-Good attention to detail and accuracy
-Computer literacy and able to learn our simple system
-Good computer skills that include keyboarding and learning our simple computer system
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
