NOW HIRING: LINE COOKS & PREP COOKS
Hooky Entertainment in West Delray Beach is looking for dependable and motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team.
We are seeking team members who take pride in their work, stay organized, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced entertainment and restaurant environment.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portion sizes, and presentation
- Keep the cooking station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate with other kitchen employees to keep orders moving
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
Prep Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for daily service
- Wash, cut, portion, label, and store food properly
- Help keep prep areas, equipment, and storage areas clean
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures
- Assist the kitchen team as needed during busy periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual team members
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable applicants with a positive attitude
