Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth shift execution
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to uphold quality standards
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Train new staff members on food safety protocols, service standards, and operational procedures
- Support kitchen Staff by coordinating food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and managing food safety compliance
- Conduct staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by fostering a positive team environment and ensuring guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership, staff training, and managing hospitality teams
- Strong understanding of food safety management, food handling procedures, and health regulations
- Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, customer interactions, and staff development
- Experience in restaurant management with a focus on shift management, kitchen operations, and food production
