About the Role
Fidelity National Financial (FNF), the nation’s leading title insurance provider, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Agency Account Manager to support our growing Indiana Agency team.
This role is critical to expanding FNF’s presence in Indiana by signing new title agents, strengthening existing partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor within the real estate and title insurance ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and representing a best-in-class brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by recruiting and onboarding title agents throughout Indiana to expand FNF’s market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing title agency partners to maximize revenue, retention, and long-term success
- Serve as a strategic business advisor to title agents, providing insights, education, and value-added guidance to help grow their operations
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with title agents; coordinate training sessions, webinars, and educational events
- Maintain a deep understanding of title insurance products, services, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Analyze agency performance and risk using internal reports, audits, and financial data; proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risk
- Represent FNF at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- May include travel outside of state periodically for company and industry events
- Manage daily activity through CRM tools, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking
- Travel within the assigned territory (weekly travel, occasional overnight stays required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in title insurance, real estate, or financial services
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data to guide decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently
- Must reside in Indiana
