Commercial Interiors Superintendent - Manhattan, NYC
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through final turnover
- Manage daily jobsite operations, scheduling, and trade coordination
- Maintain project milestones and ensure activities align with the master schedule
- Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate multiple trades in occupied and high-profile environments
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and building management teams.
