Associates help advisors increase productivity by providing planning and integrated operations support.

OVERALL FUNCTION
This role works within the Montage Planning Partners team to deliver financial security to clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk & investment products. It is focused on helping Financial Representatives increase productivity & efficiency by providing planning & integrated operations support.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
o Daily Insurance Operations workflow and oversight.
o Prepare Insurance proposals to include life, disability and long term care.
o Manage underwriting process which includes:
o Pre-filling & pre-checking applications for completeness & accuracy.
o Submitting applications.
o Scheduling requirements & medical exams.
o Monitoring Daily Status Report (DSR) & take action on cases needing attention.
o Consulting with advisors regularly on outstanding requirements.
o Process, or collaborate with others to complete risk product (POS) service requests such as name & address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc.
o Develop consistent, high-quality life stage appropriate plans for Financial and Wealth Management Advisors.
o Provide materials for plan & account reviews including an updated plan and illustrations.
o Additional tasks & responsibilities as requested by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses obtained within first 90 days of employment.
o Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
o Series 6 or 7, and 63 preferred within first year.
o Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to set priorities & meet deadlines.
o Strong attention to detail, accuracy & reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
