- Electrical & Mechanical Mastery: You will tackle everything from repairing control panels and wiring to installing and adjusting three-phase motors.
- System Health Monitoring: You will proactively inspect equipment performance (monitoring vibration, temperature, pressure, and noise) to identify and resolve potential failures before they impact production.
- Technical Execution: You will read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to execute precise repairs, calibrations, and component replacements.
- Continuous Improvement & Safety: You will champion our safety culture by ensuring strict compliance with EHS policies, accurately managing CMMS work orders, and actively participating in process optimization initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: A strong background in industrial electromechanical maintenance, with hands-on expertise in both mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Core Technical Skills: Proven experience working with three-phase motors and the ability to seamlessly read and interpret electrical schematics.
- System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with PLC systems (troubleshooting and diagnostics are required) and familiarity with CMMS systems for accurate documentation.
- Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
