What You’ll Do:
As a Financial Analyst – Client Operations, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality service to our REIT clients, investors, and their financial representatives. Your role will include:
-Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong working relationships with clients and client stakeholders
-Developing, refining, owning, and executing a broad range of fund financial operations processes across fund life-cycle (launch, syndication, operation, UPREIT)
-Preparing periodic and ad hoc reporting, including monthly fund financial reporting, periodic investor reporting, and annual tax reporting
-Managing fund accounting process, including recording journal entries, reconciling bank accounts, updating client accounting systems
-Assisting in the preparation and review of 1031 / UPREIT program offering documents and training / marketing materials
-Preparing and maintaining financial models, including offering-related master lease models, offering summary models, and offering capacity tracking / reporting models
-Answering inbound phone calls and written inquires as needed, researching and resolving client-related matters
-Supporting client onboarding as applicable, and assisting with operational tasks across Osage’s broader business functions
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking detail-oriented professionals who enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have:
-A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with some relevant work experience preferred but not required
-Proven ability, strong desire to work, an interest in learning new concepts and skills, and a continuous improvement mind-set
-Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the confidence to interact directly with investors, their financial representatives, and our REIT clients
-A highly organized, dependable, service-oriented approach to work
-Comfort and aptitude learning and using client and service provider systems, platforms, and other technology
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to have:
-Work experience in finance, accounting, investment operations, and / or fund administration
- Exposure to 1031 exchange, REIT structure, alternative investments

-Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + annual performance bonus
