The Club Managers are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service.
The Club Managers help sell Pilates memberships with commissions and bonuses included.
The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary membership.
The hours are Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 8am - 5pm.
This is an hourly position that starts at $18 an hour and with commissions you should be making $21-$23 an hour.
