Enoteca Molinari is looking for a dependable, enthusiastic person to join our kitchen team.
Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus, but it's not required—we're happy to teach the right person. We're looking for someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in their work, works well with others, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with food preparation and plating
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Safely operate kitchen equipment
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store kitchen utensils and equipment
- Keep the kitchen clean, including floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Use safe lifting techniques
- Help maintain an organized, efficient kitchen
Schedule
- Part-time
- Evening shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability required
