Business Analysis & Client Needs: Identify and validate client business needs, gather functional and system requirements, and help align them with project goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in defining product vision, manage stakeholder expectations, and support project managers in maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements Gathering & Communication: Attend client meetings to capture business needs, communicate requirements to developers, testers, and stakeholders, and demonstrate product functionality to clients.
Collaboration with Development & Testing Teams: Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure implementation of business and system requirements.
Transparency & Progress Updates: Ensure open communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, dependencies, and roadblocks.
Agile Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Lead Agile transformation efforts by using feedback and metrics to identify and implement areas for improvement.
Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate daily scrum activities, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, and ensure agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) are followed.
Team Coordination & Roadblock Resolution: Track cross-functional team velocity, manage backlog priorities with Product Owners, and proactively resolve impediments by coordinating with other teams or escalating as needed.
Strategic Improvements: Identify and address systemic issues within the organization and drive strategic improvements in alignment with agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in an Agile environment, including converting requirements into actionable user stories.
Agile certification(s) required.
Knowledge of SAFe Agile software development methodology and experience using agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong understanding of Salesforce environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and analytics teams, make technical trade-offs, and communicate complex technical concepts.
Experience in backlog management and active risk management throughout the development lifecycle.
Attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience with CMS or other government agencies is a plus.
