Job Summary
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively resort setting. This position is a set schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 7am-3pm. Other shifts if needed to fill-in or cover.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services
- Maintain guest relations by ensuring high-quality customer service throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues swiftly
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure professional communication at all times
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach
- Experience with front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and resort environments
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
- Outstanding communication skills with a professional phone etiquette mindset
