Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer with advanced
Revit expertise and exceptional visualization capabilities using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and D5
Render. This remote, full-time role is ideal for a design professional based in the
Philippines who is passionate about architecture, sustainability, and cutting-edge digital
visualization in modular construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual renderings using Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and D5 Render.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and design teams to ensure seamless BIM coordination across disciplines.
- Manage and maintain accurate BIM models with strong attention to data consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design coordination issues across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Produce high-quality visual presentations and renderings for client reviews, design approvals, and marketing purposes.
- Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, sustainability standards, and Ruach’s design principles.
- Stay current with BIM and visualization technologies, implementing workflow improvements.
- Mentor junior staff on Revit best practices, visualization techniques, and BIM standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
- Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM workflows).
- Mandatory: Strong visualization and rendering skills using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and D5
Render.
- Proven experience creating photo-realistic renders, animations, and compelling visual presentations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Enscape or Lumion is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and modular building systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working in distributed teams.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Dynamo scripting for Revit automation,
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards, Experience in sustainable or energy- efficient design workflows.
