Job Summary: The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing capital improvements, ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining the performance, safety, and compliance of building systems across the property portfolio. This role focuses on protecting asset value through effective vendor management, proactive maintenance oversight, and timely resolution of building-related issues, including code violations.
Essential Duties/Expectations:
· Oversee capital improvement and renovation projects for existing properties, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
· Ensure preventive maintenance programs are consistently implemented and adhered to across all properties; identify gaps and implement corrective actions
· Monitor and manage service contracts and performance for HVAC, elevators, fire/life safety systems, roofing, windows, and building envelope
· Review contractor performance, service reports, inspections, and certifications
· Coordinate repairs, replacements, and warranty items
· Manage and resolve building code violations and inspection findings
· Conduct property inspections to assess condition and risks
· Troubleshoot complex building system issues
· Maintain documentation of maintenance, inspections, and compliance
· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
Minimum Requirements:
Education /Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 5–8 years of relevant experience
· Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
· Preventive maintenance and contract oversight experience
· Ability to interpret construction documents
· Strong organization and problem-solving
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Experience managing vendors and building systems
Licenses/Certifications:
· Valid driver’s license required
· Relevant certifications preferred
Pay: $82,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
