Position: Licensed Trauma Therapist

We are a behavioral health practice in Greenwood, IN dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to those who have served. We are expanding our services to launch a specialized trauma-focused group therapy program for Veterans and active-duty service members, and we're looking for a skilled, mission-driven clinician to lead this effort.
We are seeking a Licensed Trauma Therapist to join our team and spearhead the development and facilitation of a Veterans trauma therapy group. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in trauma treatment, a passion for working with the Veteran population, and specialized training in advanced trauma modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or Brainspotting.

Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions for Veterans
Conduct individual intake assessments and treatment planning for group participants
Provide individual therapy as needed to support group members
Apply trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions including EMDR and/or Brainspotting
Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care and monitor client progress
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Assist in the development and ongoing growth of the Veterans group program
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities
Active Indiana licensure as one of the following:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
Minimum 2 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy
Experience working with Veterans, military personnel, or first responders
Strong understanding of trauma, PTSD, moral injury, and related conditions
Ability to facilitate group therapy in a trauma-informed framework
EMDR certification or active training (EMDRIA-approved)
Brainspotting certification or advanced training
Experience facilitating group therapy, particularly with trauma populations
Familiarity with VA systems, community-based veteran services, or military culture
Additional training in CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) or PE (Prolonged Exposure)
