As a School-Based SLP, you will play a key role in evaluating students, developing individualized plans, and delivering impactful therapy services. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to support student success in a dynamic learning environment.

Conduct student evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Provide direct speech/language therapy services

Maintain accurate documentation in line with IEPs and compliance standards

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment

CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on state/contract)

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong knowledge of professional standards and best practices

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

TB screening (PPD/questionnaire or chest x-ray, if required)

Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable

- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
