As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly and welcoming Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first smile our patients see. If you love connecting with people, creating great first impressions, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you!
Your Role as a Patient Care Coordinator:
- Greeting patients warmly and checking them in for their appointments
- Answering phones, assisting with scheduling, and managing daily front desk flow
- Collecting and updating patient information and intake forms
- Handling co-pays and confirming upcoming appointments
- Ensuring the waiting area is clean, inviting, and well-maintained
- Supporting the rest of the front office team with a positive and team-focused attitude
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, and passionate about making people feel comfortable and cared for. We'd love to meet you if you:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office role (Preferred)
- Are cheerful, professional, and love connecting with others
- Are organized and great at multitasking in a busy environment
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Are comfortable using computers and learning dental software
