We are TideWater Window Cleaning, a fast-growing window cleaning company based in Charlottesville, and we’re looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to join our commission-based door-to-door sales team.
What you’ll do:
– Go door-to-door in Charlottesville and surrounding upper class neighborhoods to offer our premium window cleaning service
– Explain our service, answer questions, and close the sale
Pay & Hours:
- 20%-25% commission
- Starting 20% commission per sale: on average $60 – $250
- Maximum time to make one sale: 1-2 hours
- Weekly bonuses and increased commission available for hitting sales goals.

- Best times for highest conversions: Weekdays 2 PM – 7 PM, weekends any time (often multiple sales per hour during peak periods)
- Top reps earn $1K–$3K+ per week

Recommendations:
- Car is highly recommended (long-range e-bike works too). You’ll need to reach and move between different neighborhoods to maximize sales.
- Be prepared to travel around neighborhoods from, and bring energy to every interaction (An electric scooter will be provided once you hit 5k sold)
- Door to Door Sales experience is a plus
- Must be driven, hungry to earn, and have great communication skills
